Autumn is such a delightful time of year. With the holidays approaching, we’ve got a lot happening both onsite with projects and in the studio at Samuel Design Group.

Santa Fe Show House 2014

We were honored to participate again this year in the Santa Fe Show House, a hallmark local event celebrating achievement in design.

We joined other top designers in Santa Fe to present “Ancient-Future,” a theme recognizing the enduring influence of Santa Fe Style while embracing innovation and the unique needs of our evolving lifestyles.

Elements of the past like wood, stone and adobe combine with striking contemporary design elements, blending new materials seamlessly to create an appealing vision of modern life in an ancient setting. ShowHouseSantaFe.com

From André Cloutier, The Creative Edge Picture Framing and Artwork Photography:

“Recently I attended Show House Santa Fe 2014. This year 19 interior designer were showcased in a 1920s mansion. The room that made the biggest impression on me was the dining room designed by Lisa Samuel of the Samuel Design Group.

“Lisa integrated her design beautifully into the warm and comfortable energy of the room with simple elegance. The centerpiece of the room was a magnificent dining room table designed by Lisa. The beautiful barn wood table top blended perfectly with the wood ceiling and natural look of the dining room, while the white contemporary chairs and light fixtures Lisa chose accentuated the soft light entering the room.

“It is clear that Lisa is one of Santa Fe’s most talented and creative interior designers.”
